Kaanal is a public charitable trust founded by the noble hearts to create health awareness and improve medical facilities in and around Chettinad. The Trust is headed by Koviloor Aadhinam Sri La Sri Narayana Gnanadesika Swamigal as Ex-officio Chairman. Dr. N. Krishnan, an eminent eye surgeon.

Financial contributions make it possible to set aside fifty percent of services for those who cannot afford to pay.

We need trained Ophthalmologists to work at Koviloor Eye Hospital ( a not for profit eye hospital ) in Koviloor - Karaikudi ( Chettinad ), Tamilnadu.

Koviloor Eye hospital is well equipped with state of art equipments and operation Theatre evolving as a tertiary care eye center with the programs  soon expanding to Training, research and eye bank . Well equipped speciality clinics , community Ophthalmology, Low Vision and vision Rehabilitation services are Hallmark of the project . 

Good salary matching the experience of the candidates along with accommodation , transport and good Chettinad food will be provided.
